Polish Villa owners Edward and Rosanna Kutas serve up traditional Polish food for the restaurant’s 45th year in business. They say they’ve never missed a regularly scheduled Dyngus Day.

“We’re hoping that everybody comes back and celebrates Dyngus Day like we did three years ago,” said Edward Kutas, now that the celebration has returned after two years canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The family business relies on the influx of customers during the holiday known to draw thousands to the Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood.

Dyngus Day takes place every year on the Monday after Easter and brings food, parades and fun to all who celebrate.
