The house is in the Rivercrest neighborhood, which has “multimillion-dollar homes, and the River Crest Country Club is just up the road,” Ms. Coulborn said. It is one of the original neighborhoods in Fort Worth.
The house is close to downtown and five minutes from the Fort Worth Cultural District, which has six museums in a park-like setting, she said.
