Mike Weisgram was one of the two top vote getters out of a field of five in Tuesday’s District 24 House republican primary.
Will Mortenson took 33% of the vote and Weisgram followed with 29%.
Weisgram says his campaign started out in a traditional way, then COVID-19 hit forcing him to come up with non-traditional ways to reach voters.
Weisgram says people talked with him about a variety of issues.
Mortenson and Weisgram will be joined by democrat Amanda Bachmann on the November ballot.
