The Wisconsin Badgers (2-3 overall) have now lost three games in a row and, for the first time all season, are no longer ranked in either the AP or the Coaches Poll. Let’s take a look at how the polls look across the Big Ten and the rest of the nation.
- Ohio State —> No. 4 Coaches Poll, No. 3 AP Poll
- Indiana —> No. 7 Coaches Poll, No. 7 AP Poll
- Northwestern —> No. 14 CoachesPoll, No. 15 AP Poll
- Iowa —> No. 17 Coaches Poll, No. 18 AP Poll
- Our mighty Coastal Carolina Chanticleers moved into the top-10 of the AP Poll and are knocking on the door in the Coaches Poll, sitting at No. 12 there.

- It was a rough weekend for Florida related schools as the Gators lost to LSU and Miami (Fla.) got steamrolled by UNC. UF dropped five spots out of the top-10 and The U also plummetted out of the top-10 down to No. 19 in both polls.
- The top-five remained unchanged in both polls with undefeated Cincinnati moving up to No. 6 in both. It’ll be interesting to see what the CFP committee decides to do with the Bearcats.
- Alabama has now been ranked in 211 consecutive polls, matching Florida State (1989-2001) for the second-longest streak in poll history.
- The Big Ten only has four teams in the polls, tied with the SEC for second, while the ACC (thanks to newest conference member Notre Dame) has five teams in the rankings.
AP Top-25: No. 24 NC State; No. 25 San Jose State
Coaches Poll: No. 22 Oklahoma State; No. 25 San Jose State
AP Top-25: No. 21 Colorado; No. 25 Wisconsin
Coaches Poll: No. 22 Colorado; No. 25 Wisconsin
