Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are getting ready to move on. The Hollywood power couple recently listed their Beverly Hills home for $13.995 million, and the timing makes sense, given that the new modern compound they've been building is reportedly nearing completion.
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the couple and their two young children have been staying at their $10 million beach house in Carpinteria, California, according to Variety. Prior to the lockdown, however, their recently listed dwelling was their primary residence. Kutcher and Kunis purchased it together in 2014 for about $10.2 million.
Spanning 7,351 square feet, the traditional-style home, located in the star-studded Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms spread out across two stories, with a partially subterranean lower level. The main floor has dark brown hardwood floors, handcrafted moldings, and French windows, which give the space a classic feel. The chef’s kitchen looks like it’s straight out of a Nancy Meyers film, with a wide marble-topped center island, glass-fronted cabinetry, and a cozy breakfast nook with a built-in banquette.
Four of the five bedrooms are located upstairs, and all have en suite bathrooms. The master suite features its own fireplace, built-in bench seating with a stunning view of the mountains, and a luxurious master bathroom. The subterranean lower level is where the fifth bedroom is located (ideal for a guest or staff bedroom), as well as a home gym, a temperature-controlled wine room, and a sauna. The backyard includes a lagoon-style swimming pool with a raised spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a bar.
The former That '70s Show stars' present quarantine situation is no less luxurious: Their property boasts views of the ocean on one side and the Santa Ynez Mountains on the other. It includes six bedrooms and six bathrooms spread out across 3,100 square feet.
