For most of the morning, clouds will fill the sky before beginning to break up around lunchtime. Temperatures will climb quickly once sunshine breaks through the clouds. Highs will reach the mid-to-upper 80s. A warm, southerly breeze will help provide some natural AC this afternoon. By this evening, skies begin to clear and temperatures begin to fall. Thanks to high humidity, lows will only be in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees. A little patchy fog may develop near sunrise tomorrow morning.
Today: Sun and clouds mixed. Warm. High: 84°
Tonight: Mostly clear. Patchy fog is possible late. Low: 68°
Tuesday: Clouds increase in the afternoon. A stray shower or storm is possible. High: 87°
Temperatures get even warmer Tuesday afternoon as many areas will be near 90 degrees in the afternoon! This would be the first time we hit 90 degrees this year. Clouds begin to increase in the afternoon ahead of a weak cold front. Our next rain chance comes Tuesday overnight along the front, though many of us won’t see much out of this system. Behind this front, drier air moves in. We’ll still see warm temperatures through the end of the week as temperatures stay in the mid 80s. Our next best rain chance comes Friday afternoon ahead of a much stronger front. There will be storms rolling through in the afternoon and evening hours. Sunshine returns for the weekend and it will be a picture-perfect Mother’s Day!
