GRAND HAVEN, MI – A traditional Celtic band that has performed at the Michigan Irish Festival is giving a free concert in Grand Haven this weekend.
Uneven Ground will perform at 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26, at the First Presbyterian Church of Grand Haven, 508 Franklin St.
The concert is part of the church’s Community Artist Series, and is free and open to the public.
Uneven Ground performs a blend of jigs, reels, stories and songs based on pub tunes from around the Celtic region. The band is named figuratively after the Irish slip jig “On the Rocky Road to Dublin.”
